Most clients train 3-4 times per week for 45-60 minutes. I’ll design your program around your schedule—whether that’s 2 days or 6 days per week. Quality over quantity always wins.

What if I don’t know how to do the exercises?

Every exercise comes with:

  • HD form demonstration videos
  • Step-by-step written cues
  • Progression and regression options
  • Personal form checks from me via video

How much does coaching cost?
  • Monthly coaching: £197/month
    3-month package: £497 (save £94)
    6-month package: £897 (save £285)

    Payment is secure via Direct Debit. No long-term contracts unless you choose a package deal.

Is there a guarantee?

I guarantee you’ll see results if you follow the plan consistently. If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 days of following everything I give you, I’ll refund your investment completely.

Do I need supplements?

Supplements are optional and never required. I might recommend basics like protein powder or creatine if they’ll help, but 90% of your results come from training, nutrition, and consistency.
