I want to introduce my fitness journey

Before I ever stepped foot in a gym, I was living off fast food, fizzy drinks, and sweets—unaware of how much it was holding me back. I was underweight, constantly tired, and felt far from my best. One day, I decided enough was enough. I began my fitness journey—and I’ve never looked back.

What started as a quest to build muscle and feel confident soon became much more. The gym became my space for growth, stress relief, and mental clarity. But it wasn’t a smooth ride—there were injuries, setbacks, and years where progress felt slow. I struggled most with understanding nutrition. Now I know: without the right fuel, training won’t get you far. A healthy, balanced diet isn’t just about how you look—it supports your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

This is why I do what I do.

I want to help women feel strong, empowered, and proud of their bodies. Whether your goal is to grow glutes, slim down, or just feel better in your skin, I’m here to guide you. Because nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone step into their power—happier, healthier, and more confident than ever.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer with over three years of experience at Fitness First, where I’ve helped both men and women transform their bodies and lives. I specialise in glute development, strength training, and sustainable fat loss—combining expert workouts, nutritional guidance, and weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and on track.
